The Service allows users to create and manage stateful web tokens. This includes generating and validating tokens, as well as storing and retrieving token data.
You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Service to create or manage tokens for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to the software and documentation, are owned by us. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or otherwise use any of these intellectual property rights without our prior written consent.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Service.
In no event shall we be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Service.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in California and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.
We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
